This new addition to the Exist range is extraordinary.

The instant I fitted it to a LUXXE EG 89 ML—a quantum-mechanical miracle! It was as though the rod’s very particle structure had subtly changed.

What on earth…? In other words, something had happened.

I could not quite put a name to the feeling. Anyway, time to go fishing. In fact, I had bought this reel for my wife.

Testing it at Nogama Island

The rod clearly felt different. I considered all sorts of explanations: perhaps the balance was simply exceptionally good?

But even allowing for that, the belly still seemed to have become more supple.

Whatever the explanation, it is a superb combination. I would give it more than 100 per cent.

Very, very good. Really.
